FAQ

How do I get my fishing license?

Because we usually leave the dock very early, we recommend that you purchase your fishing licenses the day before we are scheduled to fish or sooner. Licenses can be purchased online through the ODNR website if you have computer access.  At the Western Basin they can be purchased at the Marathon gas station by the marina and at the Central Basin the closest store to purchase a license is Walmart.

What if I get Seasick?

If you are worried about getting seasick we recommend that you take motion sickness medication (such as Dramamine) the evening before you are scheduled and again in the morning before you get on the boat. This will give it a chance to get in your system and it may not make you as drowsy for your trip. If you wait until you are seasick before you take anything, it is too late! Seasickness is nothing to be embarrassed about, but it can spoil your trip and the trip for others aboard
